SEAL-A-DECK, “The Deck Aficionados” is located here in Historic Salem Massachusetts. We help deck-owners all over in creating outdoor spaces that bring loved ones together. We are a team that works hard but doesn’t forget to have fun. We always do what’s right for our coworkers and clients. We challenge ourselves continuously to learn, improve and grow as a team and as individuals…. And we always deliver WOW!

Nitty Gritty:

30 - 40 hrs per week, Monday-Friday 12 pm - 8 pm (Flexible Alternating Weekends)
April/May-Labor Day (with potential extension)
Compensation includes base pay plus bonuses est. $12k to $20k +

Your Contribution:

Working outdoors, greeting customers with a smile, answering general questions regarding our deck services and using a company supplied tablet to access our proprietary software so you can capture deck photos and information. This will give our deck aficionados the information they need to do their job.

Necessities:

Excellent communication skills.
Ability and willingness to learn and conquer.
Confident working in a fast-paced environment.
Friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
Ability to work hard and have fun!
