What We Do
First we’ll power wash the entire deck surface with an eco-friendly deck cleaner, and then apply a wood conditioner, before thoroughly rinsing. This will ensure a thorough preparation, removing oxidation and acidity left behind from pollen and rain. After the deck has dried we will return to lightly sand horizontal deck surfaces (this includes decking, steps and top rails) before reapplying a waterproofing coat of premium deck sealer or stain by hand.
